Our sealer has been in use for more than 30 years and has been proven effective at restoring the original properties of the asphalt, giving it the longest possible life to help you protect your asphalt investment.

​The type of sealer we use exclusively has been applied to more than 200 million square feet of pavement in the last year alone.

The sealcoat formula technology does not contain coal tar. Coal tar sealer has been proven to be carcinogenic. Parking lots and driveways that have coal tar sealer applied contain dust levels of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) that increase the risk of cancer for those exposed.

The Roberts Asphalt sealer is a emulsified asphalt cement that actually adds original properties of the asphalt back to your pavement aggregate surface. Our sealer mix – along with proper application – is key in obtaining a fast-drying, durable, abrasive-resistant, beautifully black, environmentally friendly and cost-effective sealcoat.
